To celebrate the Royal Wedding West Hendred Parish Council will be presenting a commemorative mug to each child resident in the village aged 16 years or under.
Would all parents please register their details with the Clerk so that the correct number of mugs can be allocated to each family. The clerk needs to know your address, family name and the number of mugs required.
Please email your registration details to the clerk at parishcouncilclerk@westhendred.net.
A collection point for the mugs will be established, probably at the village hall. Details of this will be sent out to all registered families and posted on The Greenway notice board once finalised.
